Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Unburnt and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
